We offer telemedicine services, allowing you to complete everything online — from booking your appointment and your consultation to having your medication delivered.
Whether you live far away and find regular in-person visits difficult, or you're feeling unwell and unable to come in, you can receive the care you need with confidence.

You can see us from home or anywhere you feel comfortable, using your smartphone or computer.
処方箋の発行が必要な場合は、ご希望の薬局へ送付いたします。お薬は薬局窓口でお受け取りください。
We can assist with paperwork for Sick Pay Allowance, the Welfare Medical Subsidy Program, and more — all handled online.
Flow
Select "Telemedicine" through Online Booking or LINE Reservation, then choose your preferred date and time. Please note that a credit card will need to be registered at this step.
If you booked online, simply click the URL sent to you after your reservation is confirmed. If you booked via LINE, you can start your telemedicine session with a single tap from the LINE menu.

For symptoms that cannot be adequately assessed via telemedicine, we may recommend an in-person visit.
If a prescription is required, please note that delivery may take several days.

Parking Information
We do not have a dedicated parking lot, but you are welcome to use our partner parking facilities nearby.
When you visit, simply let our front desk know and we will provide you with a Free Parking Ticket.
