We offer telemedicine services, allowing you to complete everything online — from booking your appointment to your consultation. We can issue both standard prescriptions and electronic prescriptions. If you are registered with Todokusuri (とどくすり), a medication delivery service, your medication can also be delivered to you.
Whether you live far away and find regular in-person visits difficult, or you're feeling unwell and unable to come in, you can receive the care you need with confidence.
Online
You can see us from home or anywhere you feel comfortable, using your smartphone or computer.
We can issue both standard prescriptions and electronic prescriptions. If you are registered with Todokusuri (とどくすり), a medication delivery service, your medication can also be delivered to you.
We can assist with paperwork for Sick Pay Allowance, the Welfare Medical Subsidy Program, and more — all handled online.
Flow
Select "Telemedicine" through Online Booking or LINE Reservation, then choose your preferred date and time. Please note that a credit card will need to be registered at this step.
If you booked online, simply click the URL sent to you after your reservation is confirmed. If you booked via LINE, you can start your telemedicine session with a single tap from the LINE menu.
After your consultation, we will issue a prescription if needed. We can issue both standard prescriptions and electronic prescriptions. If you are registered with Todokusuri (とどくすり), a medication delivery service, your medication can also be delivered to you.

Payment is accepted by credit card only.

For symptoms that cannot be adequately assessed via telemedicine, we may recommend an in-person visit.
If a prescription is required, please note that delivery may take several days.
Please note that psychotropic drugs and benzodiazepine sleeping pills cannot be prescribed at an initial (first-time) consultation.
Online reception
If you have a telemedicine appointment, please register with the My Number Home Reception Web Service.
Each time you receive telemedicine, please select "Agree" to share your health and medical information with our clinic, and complete the registration.
*Please have your My Number Card ready.
Access our clinic's My Number Home Reception Web Service URL. You can reach it via the button below or the QR code.
Enter your appointment date, follow the on-screen instructions to make your selections, and finally select "Register Consent."
Enter the 4-digit password for your My Number Card and scan the card.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
Yes, it is required each time. Once your appointment date is set, please register as early as possible.
From My Page, tap the "Go to Medical Questionnaire" button and upload an image of your health insurance card.

We do not have a dedicated parking lot, but you are welcome to use our partner parking facilities nearby.
