About Additional Fees

Our clinic applies the following additional fees.

Electronic Medical Information Collaboration System Fee 2

We utilize medical information obtained through the online eligibility verification system in our consultations, and strive to provide high-quality medical care through medical DX (digital transformation).

After-Hours Response Fee 1

This fee reflects that our clinic maintains a system to respond to patient inquiries at all times, even outside regular consultation hours.

Comprehensive Home Medical Management Fee

For patients who have difficulty visiting the clinic, this fee is applied once a month when a physician provides planned home-visit care with comprehensive, planned medical management.

Generic Name Prescription Fee

Our clinic promotes the use of generic medicines and works to ensure a stable supply of medications. Prescribing by generic name makes it easier to provide the medicines you need, even when the supply of a specific medication runs short.

Lifestyle-Related Disease Management Fees (I) and (II)

We provide comprehensive treatment and management for patients with hypertension, dyslipidemia, and diabetes.

About the Treatment Plan

We prepare a plan describing your individual goals and dietary and exercise guidance, and ask for your signature at the first visit.

About Long-Term and Refill Prescriptions

At the physician's discretion, long-term prescriptions of 28 days or more and refill prescriptions can be issued.
