    If a follow-up visit is needed, you can book your next appointment before you leave. Payment for your consultation will be collected at the front desk on your way out.

About the Welfare Medical Subsidy Program

About the Welfare Medical Subsidy Program

The Welfare Medical Subsidy Program is a government program designed to reduce the financial burden of ongoing psychiatric outpatient care and certain treatments. By enrolling in this program, your out-of-pocket costs for clinic visits and medications can be reduced to just 10%.

Keldsen Family Clinic is a designated provider under the Welfare Medical Subsidy Program. We are also happy to assist with issuing the Certificate for Welfare Medical Subsidy — please feel free to ask us.

Where & Who to Apply

Applications can be submitted at the designated counter of your local municipal office. The application may be made by the patient themselves or by a family member on their behalf.
